Amazing office. Staff and doctor are very friendly.

They keep it real with friendly service. Never recommended procedures you don’t need like other dentists. Been going here with my family for years and would never consider another dentist.

I have been a fan of Dr Russell Taylor for over a decade now! The office is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This dentist really does know how to cater to cowards (like me). They service all types of needs: from braces to dentures and everything in between. I've recommended my dentist to three of my friends who also have made him their dentist!

Love, love, love, Dr. Taylor and his team. Everyone is very friendly and they never try to sell you on treatments you don't need. I've recommended them several times.

I love Taylor Dentistry! Dr. Taylor is phenomenal at what he does not only as a dentist but also as a business owner. Lucky to have pearly whites and remain 100% cavity free with the help of Dr. Taylor's office. Biltmore dentistry located in the heart of Phoenix. Been a regular patient for years. Satisfied with the friendly staff and service I receive every time I visit. Never had any problems setting up my six month appointment or billing with my insurance company. Definitely a family friendly practice that operates very smoothly.

He's been my dentist for over 7 or 8 years. I have referred 3 friends to him, all of whom are happy with his services. Always pleasent to work with, he makes you an active participant in YOUR dental plan, & really listens to your input. Very helpful with regard to alternative choices & how to budget your available dental funds. I have had root canals, extractions, crowns, even partials done through his office. All work has been high quality, his staff is very efficient and friendly. (Most have worked for him for several years).

My family has been going to Dr. Taylor for over 10 years. We always feel confident that we will receive the best services. We never feel like we’re receiving unnecessary procedures and we have never once had a billing issue or any issue for that matter. Everyone in the office is kind and inviting. Most employees have been there for many years and turnover is low. My kids actually look forward to going! Matty is the hygienist and is absolutely wonderful. Cleanings are done thoroughly and I’ve never experienced any pain or discomfort. Even my children happily jump in her chair to get their cleanings done. Nicole works at the desk and billing. She is always kind, professional, thorough and always has an answer to any questions I throw at her. AJ is currently working as Dr. Taylor’s assistant. He is very kind and always a joy to interact with. From my perspective he works very hard and seems to help everyone in the office with a smile. Dr. Taylor is absolutely excellent. He has a very calming energy and I think that really helps in also keeping patients calm, especially little ones. All of our procedures have gone well. We’ve even called him late at night once after hours like when I little one injured a tooth. He was happy to take our call despite that late hour. Overall the whole team is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Taylor Dentistry. If you want to go to a place where everybody knows your name, this is the place to go!

I've been coming to Dr Taylor for a year now for all my cleaning and fills. The corner of my right front tooth chipped so I called the office and they were so accommodating to my needs. They got me in first thing in the morning and he did an awesome job at matching it exactly to my left front tooth. He's just amazing and his staff is very friendly and welcoming. Pricing is great. I definitely recommend him and his office.

My wife and I have done business with Taylor Dentistry for many years. They have guided us through routine cleanings and helped deal with more urgent work as the years have passed. Russell Taylor is an excellent dentist, he's patient, knowledgeable, and delivers great customer service. Matty has done our routine cleanings for several years and is great. All the office staff also consistently deliver terrific customer service. We won't go anywhere else. Don't hesitate to give them a try, you won't regret it!!

I have been seeing Dr Taylor for about 4 years now and he and his staff are amazing . I have gotten some dental work and everything has been great, I haven’t had any issues. He’s very patient and listens to his patients. I have sent most of my family to him and all have loved him and his team. Also Matty is my go to for cleanings, she’s the best. I also take my 5 year old daughter to Dr. Taylor and let me tell you she is never afraid to go and get work or cleanings done. I love how he works with children and has so much patience with them. The staff is amazing from the staff at the front who is always so nice and greets you with a warm smile, to the dental assistants (Amy in particular) who take the time to ask you questions and get to know you on a personal level to amazing Dr. Taylor who always does great work, this team is honest and genuinely care about their patients. I have HUGE dental anxiety and due to that anxiety avoided the dentist almost all of my adult life. Dr Taylor has eased me through my anxiety. Literally pain free dental work. He is awesome.
